Audio Visual IT Onsite Service Engineer

Location: Barrow-In-Furness (Relocation allowance available)
Type: Full-time On-site, Permanent
Salary: £30,000 base salary plus additional benefits, perks, and healthcare options!

Are you passionate about technology and audio-visual systems? We are looking for an Audio Visual IT Onsite Service Engineer to join our growing End User Experience team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-profile client in a role that requires both technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

What you'll be doing

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

Acting as the primary point of contact for Conference Room queries.
Performing monthly audits (covering 50% of the estate).
Ensuring Incident Management and IMAC completion within agreed SLAs.
Managing Non-Standard Requests, project tasks, and quotes, ensuring all are completed within agreed timescales.
Maintaining End User Guides to ensure that all users have access to up-to-date documentation.What we're looking for…

The ideal candidate will:

Have experience in a related IT role (or equivalent).
Demonstrate competency through successful implementation of medium-level fixes.
Be multi-disciplined, having gained experience through a mix of formal and on-the-job training.
Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
Be adaptable, customer-oriented, and well-organized, especially in a fast-paced, changing environment.Security clearance
To be considered for this role, you will need to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously in the United Kingdom for the past 5 years, among other criteria.
