About the Role

  • Provide essential regulatory guidance and support, driving a culture rooted in Conduct Risk and Customer Outcomes.

  • Overseeing the Compliance Mailbox, addressing regulatory inquiries with efficiency and accuracy.

  • Collaborating across departments to ensure all activities meet FCA and PRA standards.

  • Enhancing Information Security practices by identifying potential risks and developing solutions.

    The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience within a similar vacancy within Financial Services is essential.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for effective cross-level collaboration.

  • Experience in compliance audit or a regulated sales environment.

  • Deep familiarity with the UK's financial regulatory framework.
