About the Project:
Join the Largest Nuclear Infrastructure Project in Europe, a pioneering initiative delivering sustainable, zero-carbon energy for millions. This high-profile project drives innovation in engineering, construction, and commissioning, with a focus on safety, quality, and collaboration.

Job Purpose:
We are seeking an Asset Information Analyst for an 8-month contract to join our central Data and Information Management Team. This role supports the rollout of a consistent Asset Information Framework (AIF) across the project and its tier 1 supply chain. You will focus on asset data extraction, analysis, and stakeholder engagement, contributing to the development of the AIF Strategy, Roadmap, Plan, and Policy, while advocating best practices in asset management aligned with ISO 19650.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the Stakeholder Management Plan, producing content like engagement lists and matrices.

  • Organize and facilitate stakeholder workshops and feedback sessions, managing content production and storage.

  • Record and analyze stakeholder engagement outputs to support use case and business case development.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of legacy files, categorizing content and providing recommendations for AIF development.

  • Perform research on standards, guidance, and lessons learned to inform asset information strategies.

  • Support the production of reports, including the Phase 1 AIF Research and Assessment Summary Report and the complete AIF Phase 1 Report.

  • Map and analyze asset data flows from platforms like CDE or EDRMS, ensuring data quality and compliance.

  • Create training materials and stakeholder communications to support AIF adoption.

  • Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for developed products and processes.

  • Ensure all deliverables are stored in the designated SharePoint site, adhering to governance protocols.

    Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in asset management processes for large infrastructure or construction projects.

  • Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in data extraction and analysis from diverse asset information sources.

  • Experience with CDE or database software for bulk data analysis and configuration.

  • Proven ability to write reports and document findings from stakeholder engagements.

  • Skilled in developing training materials and stakeholder communications.

  • Experience supporting UAT and change management processes.

  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).

  • Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards.

    Desirable Qualifications:

  • Certification in asset management or information management (e.g., ISO 19650).

  • Experience in nuclear, energy, or regulated sectors.

  • Knowledge of civils and environmental asset data.

  • Familiarity with EDRMS systems and information security governance.

  • Experience in quality assessments and audits of asset information.
