WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Design, implement, and manage Active Directory structures, including forests, domains, and trusts
• Maintain and monitor Active Directory replication and health
• Manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security policies and configurations
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and security configurations
• Monitor server performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Develop and implement security best practices for Active Directory and Windows Server environments
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
• Work with the firm's Cybersecurity team to respond to security incidents
• Ensurepliance with relevant regulations and standards (, GDPR, HIPAA)
• Implement and manage backup and recovery solutions for Active Directory and Windows Server
• Develop and test disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity
• Work closely with IT teams to support and enhance infrastructure services
• Provide technical support and guidance to IT staff and end-users
• Document processes, configurations, and procedures

WHAT'S REQUIRED
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Active Directory security engineering or a related field
• Proficiency in Active Directory architecture, administration, and security best practices
• Experience with Quest products and their application in AD environments
• Familiarity with security monitoring tools like Splunk and BloodHound
• Strong understanding of network security principles and practices
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or similar are preferred.
• Ability to analyzeplex security issues and develop effective solutions
• Excellent written and verbalmunication skills and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
