2nd line Security Analyst - Reading Hybrid (3 times per week in office 2 times per week at home) - £40,000 - £50,000 (DOE)

FryerMiles are delighted to be partnered with a Reading based manufacturing business to support them in their search for a 2nd line Service Desk Security Analyst. 

The positions key focus is to contribute to the clients security for their infrastructure and applications through providing 2nd line support.

Key Responsibilities:

Everyday Incident management and security monitoring Responding to tickets from a security perspective within time scales Ensure alignment with relevant security frameworks(ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials+) Take the lead on security patching for both internal and external requirements Continuously upkeep and revolutionise security related service desk procedures Collagborate with service desk colleauges to make sure security is at the heart of all IT functions

Key Skills & Experience:

Demonstratable experience working in a technical security environment Background in Networking, application support or service desk environment WAN/LAN networking experience Strong understanding of cloud technologies Firewall and network security experience ISO27001 & Cyber Essential Experience SIEM tool experience preferably Sentinel EDR experience preferably crowdstrike or defender for endpoint

This is a hybrid position based out of the clients Reading office 3 days per week and 2 days per week working from home and is open to UK residents only. Unfortunately this position can't provide sponsorship.
