Our client, a reputable main dealership located in Northampton, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their dedicated team.

This Vehicle Technician role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals looking to advance their careers within a well-established and customer-focused environment.

The dealership is renowned for delivering high-quality service and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels, making this a highly desirable position for qualified Vehicle Technicians.

Benefits:

Competitive basic salary up to £35,000, dependent on experience

Performance-based bonus, with OTE exceeding £38,000

Monday to Friday working hours (40 hours), no weekends

Conduct comprehensive vehicle servicing and inspections in accordance with manufacturer standards

Perform a variety of repair tasks to a high standard as a Vehicle Technician

Diagnose vehicle faults accurately and efficiently

Maintain detailed records of work completed

Work effectively both independently and within a team environment

Liaise with customers regarding vehicle repairs and servicing requirements

Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulationsRequirements:

Ideally Level 3 qualified; Level 2 or time-served professionals with relevant experience will also be considered

Own set of tools necessary for vehicle repairs

Strong background in vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and maintenance

Good understanding of automotive systems and components

Valid UK driving licence

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
