Technical Engineer - Wimbledon - c£45K

A well-established and growing MSP is looking to hire a Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer to take ownership of the proactive support, security and cloud management functions across a diverse client portfolio.

This is an opportunity to join a small, highly technical team where you'll have significant autonomy, broad exposure to modern technologies, and the chance to make a real impact on both internal operations and client environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain client cloud infrastructure and security environments
  • Create scripts and automation to improve deployment, reporting, and administration processes
  • Test, deploy, and manage firewall, router, and security updates
  • Administer Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Conditional Access, and MDM solutions
  • Coordinate with senior engineers and third-party suppliers to ensure effective service delivery

Skills & Experience

  • Experience supporting Microsoft-based environments
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and security technologies
  • Hands-on experience with firewall technologies
  • Microsoft 365 administration, including Conditional Access and SharePoint
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM) experience
  • Hardware troubleshooting and infrastructure support experience
