IT Support Engineer

We’re looking for a skilled and driven IT Systems Engineer to help design, build, and support our modern IT infrastructure. If you’re passionate about Microsoft 365, networking, security, and solving real technical challenges, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Design and support servers, storage, networks, and CCTV systems
• Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Configure and maintain routers, switches (L2/L3), firewalls, VPNs, and Wi-Fi
• Manage AD, Azure AD, and system security including MFA & conditional access
• Provide Level 2/3 support, resolving complex technical issues
• Drive improvements in system performance, reliability, and security

Key Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration
• Solid networking skills: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs
• Experience with firewalls & wireless technologies
• Knowledge of Windows Server & Active Directory
• PowerShell scripting for automation
• Microsoft Intune experience (nice to have)

What You Bring

• 3–5 years in IT infrastructure or systems engineering
• Degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Certifications preferred: CompTIA A+/Network+, M365/Azure Fundamentals, CCNA/CCNP
• Great problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills

This is an onsite role
