Our Client is an Commercial Vehicle Maintenance Operation, with a great reputation and they are currently seeking a Workshop Administrator to join their team based in Wellingborough.

Creating and managing job cards from initial defect through to completion
Recording technician time clocking and parts allocation
Processing retail and fleet invoicing
Assisting with service contract and warranty claim processing (full training provided)
Weekly consolidation of out-of-contract costs
Supporting the service team with day-to-day administration
Resolving invoice queries with suppliers
Chasing outstanding purchase orders to ensure timely approvals
Acting as a first point of contact for customer enquiriesRequirements:

Previous experience within an automotive administration role would be preferred
Full UK Driving License
The ability to work efficiently as an individual but also as part of a job share team
Trade knowledge and strong administrative skills
