Security, Privacy & Compliance Manager – Contract – Cork, Ireland (Hybrid)

Start: 13 January 2026
Onsite: 3 days per week (Tue–Thu)

We are seeking an experienced Security, Privacy and Compliance Manager to support enterprise-level IT audit, risk and compliance activities for a major global technology environment. This is a hands-on role focused on audit readiness, evidence gathering, control testing, risk assessment and compliance delivery across multiple business units.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, project teams and senior management to ensure security, privacy and regulatory requirements are translated into effective technical and operational controls. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and the ability to manage multiple compliance and audit workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support internal and external IT audits, including fieldwork, evidence collection and walkthroughs.

  • Drive security, privacy and compliance tasks across multiple programmes.

  • Translate compliance requirements into clear control objectives.

  • Identify, document and help mitigate risks, findings and control weaknesses.

  • Maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Stay aligned with evolving regulatory, security and risk frameworks.

    Essential Skills

  • Strong background in IT Audit, Information Security, Risk Management and Compliance.

  • Experience delivering audit and compliance projects in enterprise environments.

  • Knowledge of frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC, NIST.

  • Ability to interpret and operationalise compliance requirements.

  • SAP exposure (highly desirable).

  • Experience with API / automation environments is a plus.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and analytical ability.

    Contract Details

  • Duration: 6 months

  • Location: Cork – onsite 3 days per week
