Our client, a leading company is currently seeking a Data Privacy Manager on a contractual basis. This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to support and lead critical data privacy initiatives within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support delivery of a GDPR and data privacy uplift programme
  • Lead and contribute to DPIAs, data risk assessments, and remediation actions
  • Manage and support SARs / DSARs and associated workflows
  • Maintain and update Records of Processing Activities (RoPA)
  • Support privacy incident and breach management where required
  • Work closely with legal, IT, security, and operational stakeholders
  • Ensure practical application of UK GDPR and ICO guidance
  • Contribute to policies, procedures, and privacy-by-design approaches
Job Requirements:


Essential:

  • Proven hands-on data privacy / data protection experience
  • Strong working knowledge of UK GDPR
  • Experience supporting privacy uplift or compliance programmes
  • Comfortable operating in contract / interim environments
  • Able to work independently with minimal onboarding
  • Confident, business-facing communicator


Highly Desirable:

  • Experience in regulated, healthcare, retail, or large complex organisations
  • Use of privacy tooling (e.g. OneTrust or similar)
