Sales Manager – Commercial | Network Security & Cyber

Fleet, Hampshire | Permanent | Full-time, predominantly office-based

We are looking for a motivated, target-driven Sales Manager to join a growing sales team. This is a new-business focused role ideal for someone with experience in IT, networking, managed services or cyber security sales who enjoys generating opportunities and building relationships.

You will identify and qualify new business, nurture existing customers, and work closely with Account Directors and technical teams to drive revenue growth across commercial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities within existing and net-new accounts
• Build strong relationships with customers, prospects and technology vendors
• Promote networking and cyber security solutions
• Conduct proactive outbound activity (including cold calling – minimum 70 call attempts per day)
• Manage leads, prospects and pipeline in the CRM
• Support marketing campaigns and follow up on engagement
• Prepare proposals, quotations and customer documentation
• Attend customer meetings as required
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly KPIs
• Develop a strong understanding of the products and services

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT, networking, MSP or cyber security sales (360 role)
• Previous experience in a proactive cold-calling sales environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Good written communication and attention to detail
• Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Interest in technology, networking and cyber security
• Full UK driving licence and car

Package: £45,000 – £60,000 basic + uncapped commission

Initially office-based during probation; remains predominantly office-based thereafter.
