The Role
You’ll lead projects valued up to £10M, taking full ownership of programme, cost, quality, and client engagement. It’s a permanent role offering meaningful responsibility and support without the layers of bureaucracy found in larger firms.
Ideal Candidate Profile

• Solid experience managing construction projects up to £10M.
  
• Background with reputable regional contractors or larger firms seeking a more involved, delivery-focused role.
  
• Strong commercial understanding, leadership, and client-facing skills.
  
• Sector experience in education, industrial, commercial, or housing is advantageous.
