Professional Services Engineer (Client-Facing / Security Technology)

We are partnering with aleading global technology organisation to recruit aProfessional Services Engineer to deliver complex, client-facing technical solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives infast-paced environments, enjoys working directly with clients, and can combinetechnical depth with strong communication skills.

The Role

You will be responsible forimplementing and integrating security-focused products within client environments, ensuring successful delivery and long-term value.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leadingend-to-end implementations of complex technical solutions
  • Gathering client requirements and translating intotailored solutions
  • Installing, configuring and integrating systems intoexisting environments
  • Supportingdata migration and system integration (APIs, platforms, etc.)
  • Troubleshooting technical issues during and after deployment
  • Deliveringclient training and workshops
  • Acting as atrusted technical advisor to customers
  • Managingmultiple projects in a fast-paced delivery environment

Must-have:

  • Experience in aProfessional Services / Solutions / Implementation Engineer role
  • Strong understanding ofcomplex technical products (ideally security or SaaS)
  • Proven experience working inclient-facing environments
  • Ability tocommunicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working infast-paced, delivery-focused environments
  • Strongproblem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Technical experience:

  • Experience withAPIs, integrations and system architecture
  • Exposure tocloud platforms (e.g. GCP/AWS/Azure)
  • Scripting or automation experience (Python, Bash or similar) desirable
  • Background insecurity or endpoint technologies highly advantageous

Please Note

  • Candidates must havehands-on RF design experience (not just theoretical)
