About the Role:

The successful candidate will take a lead role in defining, promoting, delivering and assuring the OT Security service offering.

The role will require a blend of customer-focused business development and consultancy, and internally-focused project support and assurance.

Key Responsibilities - Including but not limited to:

  1. Support Operational Technology (OT) / Industrial Control System (ICS) project compliance with cyber security requirements.
  2. Support sales teams with OT Security related bids.
  3. Assurance of delivered solutions against applicable standards (e.g. IEC 62443 or similar).
  4. Define and promote OT security services to Firstco customers.
  5. Represent Firstco at industry events and communities regarding OT Security.
  6. Inform and educate Firstco customers and personnel of cyber security requirements and processes.
  7. Ensure Firstco remains abreast of developments in regulations, standards, technologies and best practices.


Qualifications / Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in STEM subject or related field (or equivalent applicable experience).
  2. Recognised cyber security professional qualifications (e.g. CISSP, GICSP).
  3. Experience of OT architectures and requirements.
  4. Experience of Critical National Infrastructure environments.
  5. Experience of cyber security regulatory landscape (NCSC, NIS).
  6. Experience working with IEC 62443 or comparable standards.
