Title: Oracle Fusion Business Analyst – JML (Joiners, Movers & Leavers)
Location: Crawley, UK (Hybrid: 3 days in office, flexible offshore)
Contract Type: 6-month Contract
Rate: £550/day (Inside IR35)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Business Analyst to join a leading enterprise solutions team supporting a major UK client. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML) lifecycle within Oracle Fusion HCM, ensuring smooth onboarding, internal movements, and offboarding while maintaining compliance and access/security protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and optimize the JML lifecycle within Oracle Fusion Core HR, Security, Approvals, Checklists, and Integrations.

Conduct workshops and document AS-IS and TO-BE JML processes.

Translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion configurations.
*
Configure approvals, role provisioning rules, and onboarding/offboarding checklists.
*
Support data integrity and integration with Payroll, Finance, IDAM, and ITSM systems.
*
Collaborate with Security teams to implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
*
Lead UAT, testing, and release validation for JML updates.
*
Provide guidance to operations teams for bulk movements, exceptions, and escalations.
Skills & Experience Required:
*
10+ years in Oracle Fusion Functional BA or Consultant roles.
*
Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Core HR, Security, Approvals, HCM Extracts, Checklists, and Journeys.
*
Expertise in employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, transfers, job changes, terminations, global mobility).
*
Understanding of access governance, provisioning models, and identity management integration.

Experience with BI/OTBI reporting, HDL/HSDL, workflow validation, Visio, Azure DevOps.

Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
