Network Security EngineerOverview

We are seeking a hands-on Network Security Engineer to take ownership of network infrastructure, connectivity, and security across a growing enterprise environment. This role will be responsible for maintaining and improving the organization's network and security posture across office, remote, and cloud environments.

The ideal candidate will combine strong traditional networking expertise with modern security engineering capabilities and be comfortable operating autonomously within a smaller, fast-moving business.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and support network infrastructure across office, remote, and cloud environments
  • Configure and maintain firewalls, switches, VPNs, and connectivity solutions
  • Monitor and strengthen the organization's security posture and infrastructure resilience
  • Support cloud and hybrid network environments
  • Troubleshoot network, connectivity, and security-related issues across the business
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to support infrastructure initiatives
  • Contribute to infrastructure modernization and future compliance readiness initiatives
  • Ensure reliable and secure day-to-day technology operations for the business
Requirements
  • Strong experience in Network Engineering and Network Security
  • Hands-on expertise with firewalls, switching, routing, and connectivity technologies
  • Experience supporting cloud or hybrid infrastructure environments
  • Strong understanding of security best practices and infrastructure hardening
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical environments
  • Comfortable operating within a smaller, growing organization
