The Opportunity

We're partnering with a fast-growing, technology-drivenfintech organisation undergoing a major digital transformation across its global workforce.

They're looking for an experiencedEUC Lead to take ownership of theirModern Workplace and End User Computing strategy, driving a secure, high-performance, and seamless digital experience for employees across multiple regions.

This is ahigh-impact leadership role, sitting at the intersection oftechnology, user experience, and business productivity, with strong visibility across senior leadership.

The Role

As EUC Lead, you will:

  • Define and deliver theEUC / Digital Workplace strategy, aligned to business growth and regulatory requirements
  • Own theMicrosoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive)
  • Lead endpoint management acrossIntune, Autopilot, and Entra ID
  • DriveDigital Employee Experience (DEX) initiatives to improve engagement and productivity
  • Ensure best-in-classsecurity posture leveraging M365 Security, Defender, and conditional access
  • Lead ateam of engineers and 3rd parties, setting standards and driving delivery
  • Partner with stakeholders across Technology, Risk, and Operations to prioritise and deliver change
  • Own the roadmap forautomation, AI (Copilot), and workplace innovation
Technology Environment
  • Microsoft 365 (E5 ideally)
  • Intune / Endpoint Manager / Autopilot
  • Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Microsoft Defender & security stack
  • Windows 10/11 & mobile device management
  • Collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint Online)
  • Exposure toDEX tooling (e.g. Nexthink, Lakeside, ThousandEyes) is a strong advantage
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in aLead / Head of EUC / Modern Workplace role
  • Strong, hands-on understanding ofM365 and endpoint management technologies
  • Experience deliveringenterprise-scale workplace transformation programmes
  • Solid appreciation forsecurity, compliance, and regulated environments (financial services preferred)
  • Ability to balancestrategy and hands-on leadership
  • Strong stakeholder management - able to operate atC-level and across business units
