IT Support Engineer

A fantastic opportunity for an IT Support Engineer with strong networking and infrastructure experience to join a growing IT team. Acting as an escalation point for 1st Line Support, you'll troubleshoot and resolve complex networking, security and connectivity issues while supporting clients across the UK.

Key Skills Required:

• TCP/IP, routing, switching and firewalls
• LAN, WAN, VLAN and VPN troubleshooting
• Wireless infrastructure support
• Server maintenance, patching and backups
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience working within IT security best practices

Desirable Skills:

• Windows Server & Hyper-V
• Intune, Meraki and MDM solutions
• Apple device support
• Backup & Disaster Recovery
• Cisco and Fortinet technologies

This role combines remote support, project work and occasional client site visits, offering excellent exposure to networking and infrastructure technologies in a busy, client-focused environment.
