IT Support

A Japanese company is currently recruiting anIT Support to support its IT operations in London.

The role will provide user PC support and assist with troubleshooting across networking, IT security, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and PC and mobile device management.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in both IT infrastructure and applications, with strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide user PC support and troubleshoot user-related IT issues
• Apply fundamental networking concepts to identify and troubleshoot network issues systematically
• Support IT security activities and understand the security implications of user and system actions
• Provide support across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune beyond routine user and licence administration
• Support PC and mobile device management
• Analyse and resolve technical issues effectively, escalating where required
• Work collaboratively with team members and manage tasks accurately and efficiently

Ideal Candidate

• 4+ years' experience in IT infrastructure and 4+ years' experience in applications
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts and systematic troubleshooting
• Understanding of basic IT security principles
• Experience in PC and mobile device management
• Experience in global and corporate environment
• Fluent English
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Responsible, accurate, proactive, and a strong team player

Conditions

• Location: London
• Working Style: office based
• Salary:£30,000-£45,000, depending on experience
• Job Type: temporary
• Working Hours: 9:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday, 5 days per week
• Start: ASAP
