A leading manufacturer and specialist in security and access‑control solutions with presence in over 100+ countries.

Your new role
The organisation is now seeking an IT M&A Project Manager on a 12-month FTC to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of global M&A integration initiatives across EMEA and APAC, coordinating cross‑functional IT teams, managing risks, tracking milestones, resolving impediments, and ensuring clear communication and alignment among stakeholders. The position requires strong Agile / Waterfall Project Management expertise across IT domains, with the ability to operate in fast‑paced, matrixed, and global environments. They are seeking someone from an IT M&A integration background who is capable of influencing at all levels, skilled in driving continuous improvement, and experienced in managing multiple concurrent projects, with global team experience.

What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor's degree in information technology or related discipline preferred.
5+ years of project management experience, including execution of M&A integration projects.
Experience working in a global environment, working with teams in different time zones and cultures.
Project Management Experience working with global IT teams (i.e. Business applications, ERP, Infrastructure, Operations, and Cybersecurity).
Experience working with remote teams and multiple projects/initiatives at a time.
Expertise in tracking, communicating and driving transition tasks and project risk management across multiple sites and time zones.
Experience with Manufacturing Sites and End Users (desirable but not required).
Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials preferred.
Additional Language skills (French and /or German) is desirable.

What you'll get in return
You can expect a competitive salary in the region of £70,000 to £80,000 (depending on experience), along with benefits such as statutory pension, 25 days holiday and flexible/hybrid working. You must live within a commutable distance to Manchester and will also be expected to travel to other regional sites including Leeds and Birmingham on occasions.
