**OVERVIEW of Security Systems Service Managers role

To manage

  • service engineers
  • stock and levels of spares
  • minor works quotations
  • the service of intruder alarm, cctv and access control
  • work and standards to NSI/ NACOSS
  • engineers performance
  • Subcontractors
  • available workload (working with coordinators)
  • audits, assessments and reports
  • KPI's and Training Matrix
  • Service Level Agreements (SLA's)
  • Electronic Security Intruder questions

You would be in North Kent, South East London, South Essex, South London or Surrey areas to commute to an Office near Swanley, Kent area

As a Security Systems Service Manager you should have -

  • worked for a NSI, SSAIB or Nacoss standard security company (so understands Gradings and Intruder standards)
  • Have knowledge of reporting, Service Level agreements and KPI's
  • Can manage Security Systems Maintenance or service engineers
