Director, Regional Human Resources

Shape People Strategy Across a Global Organisation

Based in our London hub and reporting directly to the CHRO, this role sits at the core of how we scale our people strategy globally. It is not your typical regional HR leadership role. AsDirector, Regional Human Resources, you will operate at the intersection of regional execution and global strategy—leading a high-impact HR Business Partner (HRBP) function that helps shape the future of our organisation worldwide.

You will lead a distributed team of Regional HR leaders while building a connected, forward-thinking HRBP community that delivers consistent, high-quality people solutions across geographies. As a key member of the HR Leadership Team, you will influence and drive a globally aligned people strategy that enables growth, innovation, and performance at scale. Based in our vibrant London hub, you serve as the critical bridge between global strategy and local execution.

What You’ll Do

Lead a Globally Connected HRBP Community

  • Inspire, coach, and develop a team of Regional HR leaders across multiple geographies

  • Build a high-performing, future-ready HRBP capability aligned to global standards

  • Create a unified HRBP network with modern, consistent ways of working

Drive Global People Strategy Through Regional Execution

  • Translate global HR strategy into impactful regional delivery

  • Partner on workforce planning, succession, and talent strategies across markets

  • Balance global consistency with local nuance through smart governance frameworks

  • Leverage data, insights, and analytics to inform decision-making at scale

Transform the HR Operating Model

  • Partner closely with HR Operations to modernise processes, workflows, and service delivery

  • Service Excellence: Drive continuous improvement within the regional HR model to ensure the function remains agile as the company scales.

  • Strengthen shared services to unlock strategic focus for HRBPs

  • Champion continuous improvement and a digitally enabled HR experience

Navigate Complexity: Employee Relations, Risk & Compliance

  • Act as the senior escalation point for complex, multi-country employee relations matters

  • Ensure consistent, fair, and compliant approaches across regions

  • Partner with Legal to proactively manage risk in a global context

  • Oversee alignment with local labour laws, works councils, and regulatory frameworks

Lead Global Programs & Change Initiatives

  • Sponsor and drive enterprise-wide HR programs and transformation initiatives

  • Ensure successful regional adoption through strong change leadership

  • Bring a global mindset to programme delivery with local impact

Champion Culture & Leadership

  • Embed a strong, inclusive, and globally connected culture

  • Drive engagement initiatives that resonate across regions

  • Elevate leadership capability through targeted development and coaching

What You Bring

Core Experience

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

  • Significant HR leadership experience as a Business Partner or Generalist in a global organisation

  • Proven track record leading HR teams across multiple regions

  • Deep expertise in employee relations, organisational change, and matrix environments

  • Strong analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to problem solving

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Demonstrated ability to lead in fast-paced, complex environments

Preferred

  • Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related discipline

  • Experience shaping long-term, strategic HR initiatives at global scale

  • Background in HR shared services and operating models

  • Experience working across countries with works councils or employee representatives

  • Works Council Partnership: Experience in managing consultations and building strong working relationships with Works Councils and employee representatives across international markets.
