The Role
You'll be the go-to person ensuring smooth access to our AI-powered imaging systems. From configuring cloud services to resolving login issues, your work will directly support doctors and researchers working to save lives.
Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage secure user access to vital healthcare platforms, gaining real-world IAM experience with tools like Azure AD and AWS IAM
  • Resolve login and access issues that could delay diagnoses, helping clinicians access critical imaging fast
  • Configure and support cloud services like AWS and Azure, giving you daily exposure to cutting-edge cloud environments
  • Automate access management using Python, PowerShell, or Terraform, sharpening your scripting skills
  • Troubleshoot imaging system issues (PACS, DICOM), ensuring radiologists and clinicians can view scans without delay
  • Help integrate imaging with EHRs and other systems, streamlining patient data access
  • Document solutions and improve support guides, so others can solve problems faster

    The Person
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • Hands-on knowledge of cloud services and scripting tools
  • Good communicator who enjoys solving real-world tech problems
  • Keen to grow in healthcare IT and contribute to meaningful change
    Desirable:
  • AWS or Azure certification, experience with EHR or PACS systems
