3rd Line Support Engineer – VMWare / VSphere / VCF – Remote - £60,000+

Prize Placements are currently recruiting for a 3rd Line Support Engineer with solid experience Installing, Implementing and Deploying VMWare – VCF / VSphere.

This role requires a hands-on individual capable of managing end-to-end infrastructure, from network configuration and security to server deployment and troubleshooting.

The ideal candidatemust have the following technical skills:

  • VMware – all aspects of VM/hypervisor operations
  • VMware Horizon remote access
  • Microsoft Active Directory, especially in hybrid configuration
  • Microsoft 365 administration – Entra-ID, Autopilot, Intune, Conditional Access, Automation, MFA, and so on
  • Microsoft Exchange administration (on-prem and online)
  • PURE Storage experience
  • ProofPoint secure email gateway

Experience with backup solutions and disaster recovery Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, Cisco)
