DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Exclusive Networks is seeking a dynamic and experiencedAccount Directorto manage and nurture reseller relationships for up to five of our largest accounts. The Account Director will be responsible for engaging with key customer contacts to create and execute business plans that drive success across Commercial, Technical, and Marketing objectives. The focus will be on identifying opportunities to increase spending with Exclusive Networks, leveraging a deep understanding of both the customer and our product offerings.

The successful candidate will be able to articulate the business challenges Cyber Security presents to organisations, while evangelising specific technologies to combat the issues.

As the Account Director, you will:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with sales and renewals teams and key stakeholders within the customers.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales with the customer.
  • Increase sales of existing vendor products.
  • Review renewals to identify upsell opportunities (License attach rate, refresh opportunity, multi-year).
  • Introduce new complimentary technology to increase sales.
  • Promote and sell Exclusive Group functions (Exclusive Capital, ITEC, Global capabilities (shipping and others)).
  • Promote and sell Exclusive Networks Branded support and services.
  • Liaise with Vendor and Customer representatives to develop the overall business and specific opportunities.
  • Utilise expert resources (Training and Marketing) available to deliver specific onsite activities promoting revenue growth.
  • Deliver accurate business reporting (forecasting, meeting reports, follow up actions).

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

The ideal Account Director:

  • IT distribution experience – Cyber Security experience would be highly desirable.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience within proactive IT Distribution sales, both New Business and Account Management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong relationship builder.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Full, valid Driving License.
  • Willing to travel to client site and for events.

  • An engaging and charismatic candidate with excellent people and relationship management skills.
  • Articulate, driven and target orientated with a desire to succeed.
  • Works well under pressure, brings new ideas to the table and thinks outside of the box.
  • A supportive mentor, keen to use previous experience to work on problems and help develop skills.
