A highly specialised recruitment consultancy focused on the niche area of cybersecurity across the EMEA and APAC regions are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join them. We're a small, elite team of recruiters based in central Stockport. 

They’re uniquely positioned as an established consultancy scaling up for major growth and are looking for equally ambitious and energetic people to join them on this exciting journey. If you're looking for a career where you get out as much as put in, this could be perfect for you! 

You don't need to have any recruitment experience – what’s important is your drive and your attitude.

What You'll Be Doing as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

You'll be working closely with one of the Senior Consultants as their 2nd in command, getting stuck in to support them whilst soaking up all their knowledge to develop your own career and earn life changing money. Here's a taste of what your day could look like:

Finding leads (new businesses and opportunities) in the cyber security world.
Supporting on client calls and meetings to understand exactly what type of candidates our clients need.
Head hunting those candidates - sourcing, speaking to, and guiding candidates through their job search.
Writing engaging job ads and other bits of marketing & digital outreach.
Growing your network of cyber security experts on LinkedIn and becoming known as a subject matter expert in your specialism.
You'll get plenty of training and support, with a clear path to becoming a full Consultant as part of the fast-track program. Plus, you'll contribute to placements from day one and earn uncapped commission! 

The Trainee Recruitment Consultant will be:

You don't need recruitment experience, but if you've got some sales experience, that's a bonus. More importantly, you should be:

Courageous & Chatty: Great on the phone and a natural at building relationships.
Driven: Ambitious, eager to learn, and always spotting opportunities.
A High Achiever: Whether that’s sports, academically or otherwise; you like to win and will do so by any means.
Good with Words: Able to write clearly and effectively.
Someone who brings energy and good vibes to the team.
