The Role: Technical Consultant

You’ll become a dedicated technical partner to a portfolio of clients, delivering support both on-site and remotely. You'll work independently but always have a supportive, collaborative team behind you.

This role is ideal for someone who loves variety, autonomy, and working directly with clients to make a real impact.

What You'll Be Doing



Providing both on-site and remote IT support to a range of clients

*

Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across infrastructure and cloud

*

Supporting Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Azure AD)

*

Maintaining Windows Server setups, including Hyper-V or VMware

*

Working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and hosted systems

*

Managing network hardware (switches, firewalls, VPNs)

*

Acting as a long-term IT advisor and support partner to clients

*

Assisting with project delivery (migrations, upgrades, modernisation)

What We're Looking For

*

1-2 years’ experience in a client-facing IT support or consultancy role

*

Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows Server

*

Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure or equivalent)

*

Confident communicator who enjoys building client relationships

*

A proactive problem-solver who enjoys working autonomously

*

Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport

What’s on Offer

£35,000-£40,000 depending on experience
