How will you make a difference
- Drive New Business-Identify and secure new opportunities within existing and targeted strategic accounts.
- Build Strong Relationships- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders in client accounts to enhance collaboration and trust.
- Lead Sales Initiatives- Take charge of strategic sales efforts, ensuring effective implementation to maximize revenue and growth.
- Innovate with New Offerings- Introduce and promote new products and services from our expanding LRQA portfolio to meet client needs.
- Contribute to Bids- Play an integral role in strategic bids, contributing expertise and insights to the bidding process.
- Local Leadership- Serve as a local lead for strategic accounts, partnering with Global Account Managers (GAMs) to drive sales and maximize pipeline opportunities.
- Achieve Performance Goals- Focus on retention, revenue growth, and new client acquisition as key performance indicators for your success.
- Develop Strategic Plans- Create and execute comprehensive account plans that align with our group growth objectives, optimizing revenue opportunities.
- Manage Pipelines- Ensure a strong and growing pipeline by collaborating with regional / global teams.
What will you bring
- Demonstrable experience of achieving annual sales targets, selling products and services in a comparable role in a B2B environment.
- Proven experience of working with large strategic organisations to develop sales solutions.
- Demonstrable experience of developing contract values with large accounts through year-on-year double digit growth.
- Experience in preparing and delivering proposal presentations to senior level audience.
- Experience in managing quotations, bids and proposals, including knowledge of pricing strategies to achieve required margin.
- Knowledge of the business assurance sector is highly advantageous but not essential.
