My client has an excitingSolutions Engineeropportunity with a leading managed services provider specialising indata protection and cyber resiliency solutions. They work globally with cutting-edge technologies to deliver disaster recovery and cybersecurity services across various industries, includinglegal, healthcare, consumer products, and education.


About the Role:

This position is perfect for someone with a strong technical background in IT systems, disaster recovery, and enterprise backup solutions. As aSolutions Engineer, you would:

? Design and leaddisaster recovery implementations, tests, and activationsfor customers.
?Troubleshoot and maintain recovery processes, customer runbooks, and infrastructure.
?Provide technical supportfor disaster recovery-related issues.
?Work with networking technologies, includingpfSense firewalls, IP configurations, and connectivity troubleshooting.
?Utilise virtualisation platformssuch asVMware, Nutanix, and Hyper-V.
?Engage with customersto ensure smooth disaster recovery planning and execution.
?Document processes and workflowsusing tools likeJIRA and Zendesk.


What They're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

??10+ years of experienceworking with IT systems.
?? Hands-on experience withvirtualisation, networking, and enterprise backup/recovery solutions such as Rubrik, NetBackup, Commvault or Veeam.
?? Proficiency inWindows & Linux operating systems, Active Directory, and SQL Server.
?? Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
?? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Work Environment & Benefits:

??Somerequirement to workUS hours (12 - 8pm)30% of the time

??Minimal travel required(less than 10%).
