About the Role:

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation journey. You will design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions, including ERP, CRM, and Shared Services platforms. Your expertise in enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and shared service models will ensure that our technology investments align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Design

  • Lead large-scale transformation projects with technical excellence.
  • Define and implement end-to-end architecture for ERP, CRM, and Shared Services solutions.
  • Promote architectural patterns and APIs for seamless data exchange.
  • Ensure consistency, scalability, security, and compliance across business applications.
  • Provide governance for low-code platforms like Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Present solution designs, PoCs, and technical demonstrations to stakeholders and clients.

Technology & Digital Transformation Leadership

  • Drive modernisation of core platforms with a focus on cloud-based solutions.
  • Lead the adoption of automation, AI and analytics in enterprise applications.
  • Chair architectural governance forums and drive strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with data architects to enable a data-driven enterprise.

Stakeholder Engagement & Business Alignment

  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Optimise ERP and CRM capabilities with cross-functional teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on enterprise technology strategy.
  • Communicate complex information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Governance, Security & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct architectural reviews and guide development teams.
  • Promote sustainability and green IT practices.

Leadership & Mentorship

  • Mentor junior architects and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Support change management initiatives to drive user adoption.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive experience in solution architecture, ERP, CRM, and Shared Services.
  • Hands-on experience with major ERP and CRM platforms.
  • Proficiency with Enterprise Architecture tools like ARIS, LeanIX, or BizzDesign.
  • Excellent knowledge of cloud architectures, APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.
  • Experience in business process optimisation, automation, and ITSM frameworks.
  • Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
  • Great experience in Finance transformations.
  • TOGAF, Zachman, or SAFe certification.
  • Experience with AI, RPA, and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance.
