To support the implementation and maintenance of the new Enterprise Risk Management Program within Sportradar by delivering on the risk management plan, providing risk expertise across all aspects of the Risk framework and working with risk owners to support risk-informed decision-making in Sportradar. Lead in the design and implementation of Enterprise risk management processes across Sportradar. Specific focus on Technology, Information Security and Operational risks Support all elements of the risk management process as required : Conduct independently regular risk identification, assessment and evaluation with management across technology, security and operational business units Work with Risk Owners to define risk appetite and ensure ongoing monitoring of Sportradar’s adherence to set appetite via Key Risk Indicators (KRIs); Challenge risk owners in their prioritization of mitigating actions to effectively manage the risks identified; Drive maturity of the risk management process, ensuring risk information is used to effectively support decision making; Provide support, education and training to the business to build risk awareness and to promote the right risk culture within the organisation. Sit on the Engineering and InfoSec risk councils, driving fulsome considerations of risk vs. Interrogate our data looking for themes, oddities and quality enhancements. Deliver on specific risk related projects in response to business needs. Support the implementation and drive adoption of an industry leading GRC Tool across the Company (AuditBoard). 8 years ofEnterprise Risk Management Experience – Experience and knowledge of risk management framework methodology and practices gained in global corporate organisations or consultancy practices. ~ Some experience in using data analytic to support risk insights. Ability to analyse data and identify trends, think critically and solve problems using a high degree of intellectual curiosity and good judgement ~ He/she will also have the ability to collate and summarise information in plain English and to design engaging reports for various audiences. ~ Problem-solving skills - Ability to identify the nature of a problem, deconstruct it and work with the business to address it. ~ Relevant qualification in risk management (CRMA, MIRM, C-Risk). ~ Bachelor’s degree in relevant field ~ Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, ability to present risk information in a compelling way.
