ROLE OBJECTIVE

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team at Inspirec. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in sourcing, screening, and placing professionals across various roles and sectors, ideally the IT sector.
This role is integral to our success in meeting client requirements, ensuring a high-quality recruitment process, and fostering strong, long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Management:Engage with clients to understand their hiring needs, technical requirements, and organisational culture.

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure consistent and repeat business.

  • Provide consultative advice on the IT talent market, current trends, and candidate availability.

  • Administrative and Compliance Tasks: Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions on the company CRM.

  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws, company policies, and GDPR regulations.

  • Candidate Sourcing and Management: Utilise multiple channels to source qualified professionals, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

  • Proactively screen, interview, and assess potential candidates to ensure a strong match with client requirements. Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial engagement to offer negotiation and placement.

  • Market and Industry Research:Conduct ongoing research to understand market trends and stay updated on sector developments.

  • Use market insights to provide clients with advice on recruitment strategies, salary benchmarks, and skill availability.

  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, and proactive outreach. Meet or exceed sales and placement targets by continuously generating new leads and converting them into business opportunities.

    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on IT recruitment, is essential. Proven track record of success in placing roles across various levels and specialisations.

  • Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of IT roles and skills, including software development, infrastructure, data management, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and Recruitment certifications (e.g., REC, CIPD) are a plus.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.

  • Driven and Goal-Oriented: A self-starter who thrives on achieving targets and excelling in a performance-based environment.

  • Adaptable and Resilient: Able to adjust quickly to changes and handle pressure effectively in a dynamic industry.

  • Client-Centric Approach: Committed to delivering a high-quality service experience for clients and candidates alike.
