The Base

You will be based at our Schroders Business Campus near Horsham, West Sussex, a distinguished setting known for its high standards and international reputation. Surrounded by nature, our spacious campus fosters a collaborative and vibrant working environment. Enjoy our on-site amenities, including a restaurant, coffee shop, and gym. For commuters, we provide a dedicated shuttle service to and from Horsham’s mainline train station.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage funding transfers on the platform, ensuring accuracy.

  • Own daily workload allocation and drive efficient task completion.

  • Serve as a point of escalation for team inquiries and challenges.

  • Daily use of Microsoft Excel to analyse data, generate reports.

  • Support the manager in the day-to-day management of the team, assisting with operational oversight and team engagement.

  • Foster a positive culture and drive desired team behaviors.

  • Identify and implement efficiencies within the team to optimise workflows.

  • Monitor key risks within team operations and communicate effectively when escalations are required.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

  • Champion company goals for growth and success through proactive participation in initiatives.

    What You Bring

    Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities with an interest in team activities, offering support where needed.

    Financial Services Experience: Previous experience in platforms or financial services is preferred, providing a strong foundation for the role.

    Team Collaboration: Proven ability to develop and manage relationships across global departments and external parties.

    People Skills: Focus on driving team engagement to create a high-performing environment.

    Deadline Management: Proficiency in working to tight deadlines while providing crucial updates.
