The candidate will work as part of a global team and interface directly with specific internal clients for their needs. We expect candidates to be creative, innovative, team-oriented and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment providing Level 2 and 3 technology support and administration for the IT Infrastructure Network and Security Operations Team. Technology support will cover network and security technologies across multiple sites in multiple countries.Responsibilities

Solid understanding and minimum 8-10 years of hands-on experience with Check Point firewalls, Arista, Dell, Mellanox and Cisco switches.Prioritizing tasks and projects across multiple teams and technologies.Solid Linux background and understanding.Ability to lead and manage projects, expectations and scope effectively.Superior customer service and support skills.Outstanding communication skills over the phone, email and in-person.Willingness and ability to ramp-up quickly on new technologies and often without formal training.Knowledge of IPv4 and IPv6 subnetting.Knowledge of fundamental networking design within a multi-site enterprise environment (spine and leaf topology, site to site VPLS, multi-site soho VPN tunnels, OSPF and BGP routing).Experience with post-production real-time media encoding/decoding (Colorfront, Streambox, Nevion, J2K/JPEGXS over UDP).Experience with WAN accelerated protocols such as Aspera, Signiant, Resilio, etc.Experience with hybrid cloud and on-premise network design and security a plus.Work Environment

Ability to comprehend and deliver complex solutions.Ability to outperform in multi-vendor dynamic environment.Ability to handle multiple high priority time sensitive deliverables.Ability to work in a large integrated ecosystem and efficient stakeholder engagement.The position will be a hybrid work environment. The candidate will need to be in the office 40-60% (2 or 3 days a week) of the time or as needed for project work.The position will require the candidate to lift and rack equipment weighing up to 60 pounds.Candidate will be located at a single office, but will support multiple offices in the area, as well as multiple remote offices in other time zones and countries. Some travel may be required but is not mandatory.Primary point of contact for Internet Service Providers regarding maintenance, troubleshooting, outages, and service upgrades.Qualifications

8+ years of experience in supporting Level 2 Help Desk tickets for Network and Security Operations.8+ years of experience installing and configuring Check Point firewalls, setting up virtual private networks (VPNs), and performing routine upgrades.8+ years of experience designing and supporting layer 3 networks across multiple sites in multiple countries.8+ years of experience managing network switches and other network devices in the environment.8+ years of experience monitoring security devices and applications for performance problems and providing troubleshooting support for clients / end users.Previous experience working in the media/entertainment business a plus.Education

Bachelor’s degree or advanced required.Should be Cisco certified (CCNA – Mandatory, CCNP – Preferable).Checkpoint and Arista Certification a plus.Existing IT support skills and experience commensurate with position requirements.Additional Information We offer a
