One of the UK's most well established and forward thinking tech companies are on the lookout for a Senior Information Security Analyst to join their Edinburgh based InfoSec team.

They've been a global name in the tech space for over 40 years, working with some of the biggest players in the industry. Their products power some of the world's most recognisable consumer devices; it's high impact work with a real sense of purpose behind it.

You'd be joining a close knit but globally connected InfoSec function, with a specific focus onAttack Surface ManagementandVulnerability Management. It's a hands on, technical role where you'll be responsible for leading the charge on identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities across a complex digital environment, covering everything from Mac and Linux, to Windows, Cloud, OT and Lab infrastructure.

You'll be the go to person for running and improving vulnerability scanning architecture, working with tools likeQualys,CrowdStrike, andSplunk, and you'll collaborate across engineering and security teams to make real impact. You'll also get involved in shaping wider security policy, supporting incident response, and driving forward best practice across the board.

They're looking for someone who's been around the block a bit; a seasoned security pro who can bring solid technical experience, good business awareness, and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders and execs on making security decisions that matter.

Ideally, you'll have:

Strong experience across multiple InfoSec domains (vuln management, risk, incident response, etc.) A good understanding of modern security tooling; ideally hands on withSplunk, Qualys, CrowdStrikeKnowledge of frameworks likeNIST, ISO 27001, orFAIRPrevious experience in high tech or engineering environments would be a bonus One or more certs likeCISSP, SSCP, or GCIAwould be great but not essential if you've got the experience
