This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Fire & Security Engineer looking to take the next step in their career. You will be responsible for leading a team of field engineers, offering technical guidance, managing processes, and ensuring operational excellence across the security discipline.

The successful candidate will work closely with the senior leadership team and support the development of junior staff while ensuring high standards are met across service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support field-based engineers across the security division.

  • Act as the first point of contact for technical issues within the team.

  • Liaise regularly with management and engineers to ensure smooth communication.

  • Provide hands-on support for maintenance and reactive works as needed.

  • Deliver training for new starters and recommend further development opportunities.

  • Conduct site audits and assist in the onboarding process, including tool and PPE allocation.
