Develop and coordinate comprehensive technical drawings and specifications, particularly across RIBA Stages 4-6
Collaborate with architects and project leads to ensure seamless delivery of design intent
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical challenges and ensure quality outcomes
Support team coordination and mentor junior technicians as required
Maintain compliance with current UK Building Regulations and industry standards
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is highly desirableRequired Experience & Skills:

HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology
Extensive UK-based experience in a technical role within an architectural practice
Strong technical detailing and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering complex projects
Sector experience across residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes
Excellent communication and team coordination abilities
