Salary: £45–55k base + £90–110k OTE + benefits

Aztrum is partnering with a leading UK IT specialist—recently acquired by a respected resilience services provider—to recruit a high-performing Senior Account Manager. They’ve spent over 25 years delivering data management and infrastructure solutions, and now seek someone with vision and drive to take client relationships to the next level.

What You’ll Be Doing

Renewals & Retention: Own the journey from renewal through upsell, ensuring long-term delight and minimal churn.
New Business Growth: Work closely with SDRs, handle discovery calls, and close high-value deals in cloud, data, cyber, and infrastructure.
Client Consultancy: Act as a trusted advisor—hold strategic business reviews, solve problems swiftly, and co-create roadmaps with clients.
Cross-/Up-Selling: Identify value-add opportunities and craft compelling proposals to expand engagement and impact.
Relationship Leadership: Build rapport across stakeholder levels—CTOs, CISOs, IT Directors—and elevate your standing as a go-to technical consultant.

What You’ll Bring

Proven success in mid-to-large enterprise IT or SaaS sales, especially within cloud, data, or cybersecurity spaces.
Solid track record of renewals, upsells, and strategic account development.
Exceptional communication and senior stakeholder management—adept at consultative conversations.
Commercial acumen with the ability to develop proposals, pricing, and commercial strategy.
A growth mindset—enthusiastic, proactive, and solution-oriented.
