Responsibilities



IAM Architecture & Operations
Design and implement access controls, privilege management, and identity lifecycle processes (Joiner-Mover-Leaver). Operationalise RBAC, Conditional Access Policies (CAPs), and devicepliance enforcement across Microsoft 365, VPN, and cloud platforms. Deploy and manage IAM automation tools (, IGA platforms) to streamline provisioning and access reviews.
Security Engineering
Integrate IAM controls with SIEM and SOAR platforms for real-time alerting and forensic investigations. Collaborate with Platform teams to ensure IAM remains embedded into CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.
ernance &pliance
Support audit readiness andpliance with ISO 27001, FCA, and NIST SP 800-53 standards. Conduct periodic access rights reviews, conditional access log audits, and on-demand access audits.
Monitoring & Response
Monitor identity-related telemetry via Defender for Endpoint, Sentinel, and Defender for Cloud. Respond to alerts and anomalies related to authentication, session activity, and privilege escalation.
Requirements

Hands-on experience in IAM or broader information security roles. Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture and regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, FCA).Excellentmunication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with scripting or automation (, PowerShell, Python) is a plus. Strong technical background in Azure AD (Entra ID), Microsoft 365, and VPN security. A true team player with a winning mentality and strong work ethicmitted to continuous improvement and high performance. Adaptable, tenacious and flexible who is able to perform under pressure.
