TheSenior Consultant – Cyber Resilienceis a senior-level position tailored for experienced professionals with a strong track record in delivering complex cybersecurity projects. This role demands in-depth expertise in threat intelligence, risk management, incident response, compliance, and security architecture. The consultant will lead project teams, shape technical strategies, and mentor junior team members while working cross-functionally to deliver integrated and effective cyber resilience solutions.


Key Responsibilities


  • Project Leadership
  • Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale cyber resilience projects. Ensure outcomes are technically sound, aligned with strategic goals, and deliver value.
  • Design & Architecture
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and reliable cyber resilience architectures using modern frameworks and security best practices.
  • Incident Response
  • Direct and coordinate incident response activities to ensure efficient resolution and minimal disruption. Provide guidance during security breaches and ensure lessons learned are captured.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for stakeholders, interpreting requirements, proposing tailored solutions, and ensuring satisfaction through consistent communication and delivery excellence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with teams across infrastructure, networking, cloud (AWS), virtualization (Nutanix and VMware), storage, and IT operations to create comprehensive and cohesive cyber resilience solutions.
  • Agile Delivery
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Champion continuous improvement and ensure effective delivery cycles.
  • Mentorship & Team Development
  • Support the development of junior consultants by sharing knowledge, providing technical guidance, and fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
  • Business Development Support
  • Contribute to business development efforts by supporting proposal creation, presentations, and identifying areas for growth in cyber resilience services.
  • Knowledge Management
  • Promote and contribute to the creation of reusable assets, documentation, and best practices to strengthen the knowledge base within the cyber resilience practice.




Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise
  • Deep understanding of threat intelligence, risk management, incident response, compliance (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001), and security architecture.
  • Experience with a range of security technologies including:
  • SIEM (e.g., Rapid7 InsightIDR)
  • XDR (e.g., SentinelOne)
  • Firewalls (e.g., Fortinet)
  • Vulnerability Management (e.g., Rapid7 InsightVM)
  • PAM (e.g., Delinea)
  • SSE/ZTNA (e.g., Netskope)
  • CNAPP / Cloud Security (e.g., Rapid7 InsightCloudSec)
  • SOAR (e.g., Rapid7 InsightConnect)
  • Automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform)
