About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Cyber Security Awareness Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be pivotal in designing and delivering impactful cybersecurity awareness campaigns to educate and engage employees on best practices for safeguarding organisational assets. You will play a key role in building a culture of security within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity awareness program tailored to organisational needs.
Design engaging content, including newsletters, training materials, infographics, and videos, to communicate cybersecurity best practices.
Conduct organisation-wide training sessions, workshops, and simulations to enhance employee understanding of cyber threats.
Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, HR, and other departments to integrate security awareness into daily operations.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of awareness campaigns and initiatives, using metrics such as phishing simulation results and employee feedback.
Keep up to date with the latest cybersecurity threats and trends to ensure training materials are current and relevant.
Support compliance with security frameworks and regulations by ensuring awareness efforts align with organisational policies.Key Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in cybersecurity awareness or training roles.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, threats, and best practices.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
Creative approach to content creation and employee engagement.
Familiarity with tools for phishing simulations, e-learning platforms, and training analytics.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Security+ are advantageous but not mandatory.
Experience in aligning awareness programs with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or GDPR is a plus.
