We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Cyber Security Administrator to uphold our security standards and contribute to our robust cybersecurity framework.
Job Summary
The Cyber Security Administrator will be responsible for protecting the company's information assets, managing security technologies, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and experience in governance and technology within the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
Security Monitoring and Analysis
Monitor and analyse security incidents and alerts. Ensure all security incidents are reported via the correct channels, incident reports are raised and monitored.
Analyse reports to check for security abnormalities
Support the implementation of security actions:
Rollout of security improvements as advised by Security Consultant
Implementation of recommendations to reduce risk exposure
Rollout of security projects (OKTA, Cloud Strike, and any tools as directed by HQ security team).
Implementation of plan to meet Cyber Essentials
Third Party Application and Access Management
Ensure certificates on external sites validated
Support the Security Consultant review of supplier Security Appendix.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity roles, with specific experience in governance and technology within the financial services industry.
