Security Analyst


If you join our team, here are some of the things you’ll do:


  • Implement, maintain, and improve Data Loss Prevention tools.
  • Take ownership of the security stack, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes aligned with best practices.
  • Monitor and address emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security trends, ensuring timely implementation of countermeasures.
  • Perform vulnerability assessments, threat analysis, and incident response.
  • Participate in Incident response efforts by conducting log analysis, gathering evidence, and executing remediation tasks.
  • Work closely with partners in infrastructure, security operations, and product teams to identify and mitigate security issues.


What you bring to the table:


  • 2 to 5 years' experience in cybersecurity or 1 year experience with a background in another technical area such as helpdesk, systems administration, or development.
  • Experience managing the security of endpoints to include endpoint protection, baselines, and vulnerability management.
  • Previous experience implementing and/or managing DLP tools such as Microsoft Purview or DTEX.
  • Experience working in a cloud environment with a distributed workforce.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into easily understandable insights.


Desired qualifications:


  • Certificates such as Security+, Network+, PJPT or PNPT, Cloud Security, Cloud Networking, or Cloud Infrastructure certifications such as AZ-500 / AZ-700 /AZ -305.
  • Background in computer networking.
  • Experience with a scripting language for task automation.
  • Previous incident response participation.
  • Previous experience working as a security or infrastructure engineer in a cloud environment.
