Who we're looking for:

Omaze is seeking a tech-savvy and enthusiastic SaaS Platform Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a critical part of ensuring our technology runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing our key SaaS platforms, ensuring optimal performance and security, and supporting the integration of AI tools to enhance our operations and user experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, innovative company that is making a real difference in the world by raising funds and awareness for charities.


What you’ll do:

The purpose of this role is to act as custodian of various SAAS tools and processes that allow the internal teams, such as Product, Tech & Customer Service, to keep working effectively, and to work with your colleague to act as a key interface with our external IT Support team.

  • Manage and administer critical SaaS platforms like Google Workspace, and Slack
  • Oversee user accounts, permissions, and access controls, ensuring data integrity and security using IAM tools
  • Collaborate with vendors for technical support, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.
  • Stay informed about new features, updates, and best practices for each platform.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all administered systems.


Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience administering SaaS platforms, preferably in a high-growth environment.
  • A strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and their applications.
  • Familiarity with Infosec and cybersecurity concepts and tools
  • Familiarity with AI concepts and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for technology and its potential to drive positive change.
  • Alignment with Omaze's mission of supporting charitable causes.
