Are you an experienced Risk & Compliance Manager looking for your next challenge?

A leading North England based organisation is seeking an experienced Risk & Compliance Manager to join their dynamic Business Services team.

This role is crucial in supporting the operational needs of the organisation and driving the evolution of the Risk & Compliance function.

You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing robust risk management frameworks and controls. You will manage a small team, providing direction, guidance, and coaching to ensure high performance and motivation.

Key Requirements:

Extensive experience in a similar role.
Proven track record of managing and developing a team.
Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
Strong written and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
Ensuring compliance with Information Security and GDPR regulations.
Experience with ISO9001, ISO14001, and other accreditations.
Ability to engage with stakeholders and drive business improvements.This is an exciting opportunity for a leader with a passion for risk management and compliance.
