Orange Cyberdefense is a leading player in the cybersecurity industry, committed to delivering innovative managed services and solutions to our clients. We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Product Manager to join our Global Product Management division. 

Working as a Product Manager - Intelligence Services

You actively drive the revenue growth of Orange Cyberdefense threat intelligence services to achieve established product success criteria by driving the product profitability and increasing the market share of Orange Cyberdefense. You lead and develop the threat intelligence services segment and manage key a part of our value proposition. Your role is crucial in shaping Orange Cyberdefense threat intelligence vision in close collaboration with the Orange Cyberdefense CERT. You are driving the product innovation and achieve customer satisfaction. You are reporting directly to the Director of Product Management for Detection & Response services. As product manager for intelligence services, you will directly contribute to the success of our detection and response services domain by crafting product strategies, seize market opportunities and develop your product roadmap in line with Global Product Management. Your role will be pivotal in setting the vision and mission for Orange Cyberdefense intelligence services, driving the product innovation and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Revenue Growth:Drive the revenue growth of Orange Cyberdefense threat intelligence services to achieve established product success criteria by driving the product profitability and increasing the market share of Orange Cyberdefense.
  • Product Strategy:Lead, define and drive the strategy, value proposition and Go-To-Market for Orange Cyberdefense Threat Intelligence and Cybercrime Monitoring services. Contribute to the overarching product strategy, value proposition and GTM of the detection and response product domain.
  • Product Development:Oversee the entire product lifecycle from conception to operational delivery. Ensure alignment with both internal and external customer needs, manage operational delivery requirements, and maintain a focus on continuous improvement and product evolution, and continuously update the roadmap for threat intelligence services.
  • Product Management Framework:Actively seek out and utilise product management frameworks such as Agile, MVPs, and OKRs (setting clear objectives) for structured and efficient processes.
  • Market Monitoring and Strategy: Continuously monitor the threat intelligence security market to identify new market trends and opportunities to enhance or introduce new threat intelligence Managed Security Services. Continuously gather and analyse customer feedback and customer satisfaction for Threat Intelligence services and correspondingly drive improvement measures. Enhance customer experiences, accelerate time to market, and manage customer expectations.
  • Sales and Contractual Collateral:Accountability and responsibility for the sales- and contractual collateral for Threat Intelligence Services.
  • Sales Enablement:Lead the enablement of Orange Cyberdefense Sales, Pre-Sales and professional services teams on Threat Intelligence Services.
  • Product Management Representation:Represent the Orange Cyberdefense Threat Intelligence Services within Orange Cyberdefense and towards other Orange entities and external stakeholders.

What we expect of you

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in the cybersecurity industry
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully launching and managing global products
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams by influence
  • Broad understanding across multiple areas of cybersecurity, including threat intelligence, cybercrime monitoring, exposure management, posture management, detection and response, and advanced SOC deliveries.
  • Strong focus on Customer Experience to ensuring smooth customer journey, product usability and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong business acumen with a proven ability to drive revenue and profit growth through effective product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
  • Awareness in AI and machine learning technologies for predictive analytics and product personalization.
  • Experience in working with partner ecosystems to create joint value
