If you are any of the above, we should be talking about an opportunity to join a new practice within a phenomenal £multi million organisation looking to grow the Microsoft Security offering this business has to its Professional and Managed Services Clients.

This Security Architect will be responsible for driving high technical standards, operational excellence, and innovation across the business. This role involves designing, implementing, and governing security solutions that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements, ensuring the security and compliance of our cloud environments.

You will be the face of this area within the business, completing webinars, speaking with clients, helping to train the Sales & presales guys to position these new products in the public domain and to the existing client base as well as working with Post Sales to help with exceptional delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake and lead the research and development of products and features.
  • Participate in private and public previews and work with vendors on testing and feedback.
  • Collate feedback from cross-functional teams to shape the technology roadmap.
  • Act in a consultative role to the business, providing advice and guidance based on specialism.
  • Design and maintain cloud architectures and best practices, with scale and security at the forefront of all design.
  • Produce high-quality documentation to standardise solution architectures, processes, and templates ensuring they are centralised and readily available for use.
  • Design and implement technology to support our cloud delivery practices.
  • Work closely with the Product Team, building out new service descriptions and ensuring new products are architected correctly.
  • Develop and enforce security policies to protect data and applications.
  • Drive a shift-left mindset to integrate security into deliveries from the beginning.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and drive cloud adoption and optimization.
  • Work closely with Alliance Managers to ensure vendor programs are being performed on successfully.

Requirements

  • Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect Expert.
  • Exceptional understanding of Microsoft Security, and the overlap into the wider Cloud environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
