Power Platform Developer** (Contract)

Duration: 6 Months (Possibility for extension)

Location: London/Hybrid (3 days in office)

Rate: A highly competitive Umbrella Day Rate is available for suitable candidates

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining applications using the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient solutions that support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Power Apps to meet business needs.
Create automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline processes.
Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide insights into business operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Conduct testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal functionality.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance of existing applications.
Stay updated on the latest features and best practises within the Power Platform ecosystem.

Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Software Development, Information Technology, Business Administration, Mathematics, Physics, or Cybersecurity.
Proven experience in developing applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Strong understanding of data integration and management, including experience with APIs and connectors.
Proficiency in SQL and data modelling principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience in the financial services or investment banking industry.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and related cloud technologies.
Certification in Microsoft Power Platform or related technologies.
