About The Role
Role Purpose:
As a member of our small team of Solutions Engineers, you will support the core applications used by our Commercial and Finance teams. Your goal will be to deliver solutions that add value to our end users and enhance our ways of working.
Collaborating closely with business stakeholders as part of an Agile Product team, you will help optimise our business processes, enable data-driven decision-making, and set our teams up for success in their roles.
You will be part of a Technology team committed to delivering a 5-star service to our customers and maintaining the highest standards.
This role is office-based, requiring a minimum of two days per week at our Head Office in Edinburgh.

Key Responsibilities / Deliverables:
• Develop and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
• Work as part of a product team to configure and maintain our ERP system and associated applications
• Implement solutions that meet customer needs and align with company offerings.
• Work closely with product development teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
• Assist in the creation of technical documentation and training materials.
• Provide technical support and expertise.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a Product team.

About The Candidate
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Demonstrable experience as an Applications or Solutions Engineer or in equivalent.
Experience in developing using the Microsoft Power Platform.
Strong UX skills with a focus on ensuring ease of use for the end user.
Proven experience in configuring and maintaining applications.
Strong technical background with knowledge of software development and IT infrastructure.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with cloud computing, networking, full Microsoft suite and cybersecurity is a plus.We recognise that a diverse team makes us a stronger and more successful company.
